One biography, mirrored.

MONOM exists because one path kept crossing itself: arts, music and game development on one side; industrial manufacturing software on the other. Born into an industrial manufacturer family, the founder didn't choose between the two halves — and eventually stopped trying.

That's why the company reads the same in both directions. The systems side ships with a designer's restraint; the design side ships with an engineer's discipline. Neither is a service bolted onto the other.

Method

How engagements run.

Fixed-scope phases

Clear deliverables, a clear finish line, and the option to stop at every phase boundary. No open-ended retainers by default.

AI-leveraged, production-disciplined

One senior builder moving at AI-leveraged speed — with tests, CI, and audit trails, because speed without discipline is just risk.

Security as a default

Access control, encrypted secrets, and audit logging are the starting point, not a premium tier.

Founding partner

Born inside a manufacturer.

GELEN Makina — an industrial machinery manufacturer — is MONOM's founding partner. The systems discipline on the engineering side comes from running, and building for, a factory's commercial operation.

Proof in the plumbing

The contact form on this site doesn't land in an inbox. It lands in the same kind of pipeline system MONOM builds for clients — parsed, routed, and tracked. The plumbing is the demo.
